ORIFLAME BEAUTY MONO EYESHADOW ESSENTIALS

Sometimes Oriflame has some good products to offer. And the fact that it's not too expensive, safer (it's imported and only sold by agents which means there can be no fake products around), and quite easy to get (I mean you can find their agent almost anywhere), has made Oriflame an option for beginners - such as myself - to buy make up products with good quality.

Oriflame Beauty Mono Eyeshadow Essentials is one of my favorite eyeshadow. I bought them quite a long time ago cause my dear friend, Mys. F., recommended it to me after she tried Midnight Black. The colors I bought are Midnight Black and Deep Denim; they're quite pigmented, and it stays on my eyes for a couple of hours and it sort of spread around my eyelids afterwards (it doesn't smudge and it spreads out nicely). The Midnight Black doesn't look like dark grey like I thought it was going to be (it's pigmented = real black). And the Deep Denim looks like dark purple to me; I thought it was dark blue when I wanted to buy it. But the color turns out great so it's not a total loss after all. : )

The ingredients are:
TALC, MICA, ZINC STEARATE, OCTYDODECYL STEAROYL STEARATE, ISOSTEARYL NEOPENTANOATE, METHYLPARABEN, PROPYLPARABEN, PEG-8, TOCOPHEROL, ASCORBYL PALMITATE, ASCORBYL ACID, CITRIC ACID +/-.

I don’t really know whether my skin color is dark, medium, or light. So what you see is what you get I guess.

You can also use them as eyeliner by using an angle eye brush (apply the eyeshadow on your upper or lower lash line).
I rate these eyeshadow as an Okay Product and I recommend them to beginners out there, if you like bold dark colors like I do. But if not then you can try their nude brown one – Latte (I didn’t bought that one cause it's too nude for me). If you have other opinions on this please do share with us.
